This page explains the general booking, payment, cancellation, and event policies for Snapshot Creations Photo Booth.

Booking Inquiries
Submitting a contact or booking inquiry through this website does not automatically confirm your event date. Snapshot Creations will review your event details, availability, package interest, and setup needs before confirming a booking.
Deposit and Reservation
A $50 non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your event date. Your booking is not considered confirmed until the required deposit, agreement, and any requested booking information have been completed.
Deposit and payment details may be confirmed directly with Snapshot Creations before your event is finalized.
Remaining Balance
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due two weeks before the scheduled event date. Additional services, add-ons, travel requirements, or custom requests may affect the final total.
Rental Agreement
Customers may be asked to review and sign a photo booth rental agreement before the event is confirmed. The rental agreement may include event details, payment terms, cancellation terms, setup requirements, equipment responsibility, and photo usage permissions.
The rental agreement controls the final booking terms for each event.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible. Refunds, credits, rescheduling options, and cancellation fees may depend on the timing of the request, the event date, and the terms listed in the rental agreement.
Non-refundable deposits may not be returned once a date has been reserved.
Event Setup Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate event information, including the event location, date, time, venue access details, and any setup requirements. A safe and accessible setup area may be required for the photo booth equipment.
Additional requirements may apply depending on the venue, event type, package selected, or requested setup.
Equipment Responsibility
Photo booth equipment must be treated with care during the event. Customers or event guests may be responsible for damage, loss, or misuse of equipment as outlined in the rental agreement.
Photos and Media Usage
Photo usage, sharing, or promotional permissions may be handled through the rental agreement or event-specific consent. Customers may request clarification before their event if they have questions about photo or media usage.
Payments
Payment methods and instructions may be provided directly by Snapshot Creations. Please do not submit credit card numbers, payment information, or sensitive financial details through the website contact form.
If online payments are added in the future, they may be handled through a third-party payment provider.
Changes to Services or Policies
Snapshot Creations may update packages, pricing, availability, service areas, payment options, or booking policies as needed. Any confirmed event should follow the terms agreed to in writing for that specific booking.
